All these terms, although different when apart, are essentially have the same meaning.  They are all intertwined and can mean the same thing.  So how much desire do you have to achieve the goals you strive for? I've been working with Raj for 9 months and have seen amazing results in that time. I went from a size 18 to a size 10 and have lost a total of 36 lbs and over 25 inches.  The results I have achieved to date are largely due to Raj's perfect combination of diverse training methods and individualized exercise programs.  I have never felt stronger, healthier and full of energy. My name is Michael Gregerson.  I am 55 years old and I've been training with Raj for 3 months.  In that time he has introduced me to various ways to workout.  He uses cutting edge, out of the box training methods such as the TRX suspension trainer, medicine ball, kettlebells and valslides to workout with.  
These routhines have not only been able for me to get my body more toned but has also helped me go from 21.5% body fat to 18%.  Changing up the routines like this has made it more interesting and more enjoyable to train.  Raj is very professional, always on time and never cancels an appointment.
