Boot Camps

Boot camps are becoming the hottest trend in the fitness industry.  The reason is because it is a cost effective part of the fitness industry that won't make a huge dent in your wallet.  Training with a personal trainer for 8 (60 min) sessions a month can easily be a $600.00 investment. That is quite the expenditure for one month; whereas a boot camp for the same amount of hours a month will be approximately a $150-$199 investment. A huge difference!  I gurantee that people will feel better to pay half the price of one on one training and get the same amount of results for more days during the week.

Other advantages are, it is designed for all fitness levels, whether a beginner or a fitness guru wanting to take your fitness to the next level, non-military, co-ed (yes, we have men that participate & love it), short or long term commitment. You determine how hard you want to work, the results you want to achieve, and the intensity of the exercise.  Also, being in a group environment keeps everybody motivated.  People want results and that feeling of determination surrounds others and lights a fire under them to do better.

Another advantage that we bring is going to an indoor boot camp style.  We are going into gymnastics centers to train our clients.  Gymnastics centers are appealing because of weather conditions outside.  No more cold mornings, wet shoes, or dragging weights around.  The spring loaded floors is appealing as well because less stress on the joints when running or doing jumping exercises.

Sound like a win-win situation for the client, the trainer and everybody involved.
