Corporate Wellness

Poor diet and lack of exercise has left 66% of adults in the U.S. overweight or obese1 costing companies an estimated $12.7 billion annually.  With so many overweightemployees, companies are not only experiencing an increase in health costs, but they arealso recording higher absenteeism and lower productivity.

Vision: To provide corporations with a fitness program to minimize costs of an expensive health care system.  Focus on client needs by providing resistance and functional training, and nutritional education.  This will provide better productivity in the workplace, increase office morale, and reduced sick leave.

Developing wellness programs for potential corporate clients shows that the company cares for their employees.  An employees’ well being and health are are invaluable to the company as a result wanting to see them more productive in their roles.  Having the ability to educate employees on the benefits of exercising can lead to less absenteeism and more work being completed.  The cost of a wellness program is beneficial to an employer because it saves them money and it increases overall morale of the company thus creating better results.

As a result of implementing a corporate wellness program an employer can expect to cut costs from high health care costs, have an increase in employee productivity, less time off, company morale, and an employee that is healthy and in good shape.
