Group Training
Group training is an interesting aspect of the fitness industry. It is an aspect that is better than one on one training and it can be a money saver. Group training is like a mini boot camp consisting of 2 to 6 people per session. Splitting the total cost of a session with a group of people and at the same time getting the same value of training is exciting to everybody.
In the home page I explained that we do not use machines or big bulky weights to help you reach your goals. We use tools that help you become functional meaning that you use your whole body to do productive things in life. The body is one whole piece so why not train the whole body. The TRX, and kettlebells are an example of tools that can be used in group training. Nobody will be taking a break while the others workout. Everybody will workout at the same time and take breaks at the same time.
Group training is very structured as a team sport and people in the group can establish goals individually and as a team. It's a fun and exicting way to reach your goals and more interactive than one on one training.
